Best gundam pc games1/2/2023 ![]() Which brings me to perhaps one of my biggest criticisms Map Selection. It is unfortunate, since you can then only go up against the AI in single player, with a couple of limited maps. I personally cannot comment yet about multiplayer, though I have heard finding other players is hard unless you have friends with you to form premade parties, and going up against the AI in multiplayer requires a full human player team. I'd say one of the girl's stories is 'questionable' given the context of it, but it's kept fairly light and most of the stories are 'sweet', though a couple are goofy and one makes me cringe going "Is this person insane?" But I suppose that's the whole thing about the story, it's a parody of itself. It deviates when you play the storylines of the different relationship partners you partake in their story. The story mode is a light J-RPG, with choices limited to personal responses that may, or may not, effect the course of the story. Again, not perfect, but for a port it's fairly decent. The client I'd say is about 90% stable, with the odd crash. I should note though that I do run into runtime errors/crashes. I maybe only encountered frame drops during ingame cutscenes in the final score story mission when alot of particle/wave effects are seen. Graphics are fairly impressive! I can run practicaly everything at max/ultra on my Nvidia GTX 970 when I read that the game supposedly needed a beefier card. But I digress, the system is still very nice. Same with Legs, I wished it could've been Waist, Upper Legs, Lower Legs, and Feet. I would loved if arms would've been seperated into Shoulders, Upper Arms, Forearms, and Hands. Currently we have Melee Weapon, Ranged Weapon, Head, Body, Arms, Legs, Backpack, and Builder parts. I do wish though, and I use the word WISH, that the parts were broken down into more sections. The setup mechanics I'm REALLY enjoying! The ability to build your personalized Gunpla, and then some, continuing to create or go for pure builds, is VERY nice Unlocking Builder Parts in single player allows for further customization, with the option of turning the effects on those parts on, or off, making them purely aesthetic if one wished. What is appreciated is the added options, such as targeting of crates on and off, and addtional PC options which help those with keyboard and mice, which I use. It's functional, it does the job, given the game is a port from the console version. The game mechanics aren't bad, but aren't something to write home about either. It's a fair selection of suits, though granted games like Gundam Breaker 3 have more, I still point to the fact that as "I" am new to this, the selection is decent, and I look forward to more suits and more maps. The roster for Gunpla/Suits to date is 128, with more on the way with an upcoming content update. I know the reception for the game has been luke warm at best, but I've personally been enjoying it. Now I've NEVER played any previous Gundam games, console or otherwise, so New Gundam Breaker is my first experience of one, also the first Gundam game on the PC, especially on Steam which makes it easy to get. Due note this is my own opinion, you can agree or disagree, it is my opinion.
